Question 1:  Send me your catalogue so that I can see your items.

We are not a fashion wholesaler and we do not carry any seasonal collections or stock. We're a "made-to-order" private label clothing manufacturer and produce as per given design and quantity instruction received from our clients. We make fresh pieces and all we send to clients. However, our in stock garments catalog under brand name Rapheeze is available upon request.

 We do not maintain any product catalogue and price list or disclose our customers patterns, styles and prices to third party. 

  • We do not have any stock surplus either. We send all what we manufacture for our client against that specific order. 

  • We do not sell rejections as well. We rather do FREE distribution of stock to charity.

  • Our confidentiality policy does not allow to sell one client's style to another.

 What is your price list?

Our prices are not fixed. We need to know your design detailing, specification (material name / base fabric at least) and total quantity (whatever small or big) which you want us to produce for you; accordingly we will work out the production prices. In true sense we're custom manufacturer and ONLY produce "made-to-order" garments.

I am looking for a wholesaler to buy ready stock for my fashion/clothing boutique, can I see your collection?

You may preview Rapheeze brand only. We are not a fashion wholesaler and we do not carry any seasonal collections or stock. We're a "made-on-order" private label clothing manufacturer and produce as per given design and quantity instructions received from our clients. We make fresh pieces and entire quantity we ship to clients. Also, our company policy does not allow to sell one client's style to other.

 Can I visit your factory?

We're always happy to schedule a meeting with you! But we do not attain walk-in / pop-up meetings. Our key persons remain attending existing clients or may be busy in other priorities which are pre-scheduled. Hence we may not entertain you keeping pre-scheduled meetings and work aside.

Essentially we request you to share a brief about your requirement with supporting tech pack or sketches, or a sample image with quantity details so that we can begin the quoting process for you. Once we understand your requirement (whether it is right fit or not) and you understand our cost effectiveness, we can schedule a meeting ensuring that our key persons are available to attain you and we can have a productive meeting at our facility.

 Can you manufacture "quality" clothes at "cheap price"?

With best of our clothing manufacturing experience, we strongly feel that - no such thing exists in garment industry. Cheap means poor quality material, and unethical and/or bad business practice. Hence for that matter, we can not provide you quality clothing at cheap price! 

Yes. We are one of the most competitive. The reason we have strategically located our manufacturing unit in Dallas is so that you can benefit in the cost saving of at least 50% compared to other companies. With our factory, we can make your production with low minimums. Our comprehensive services are one of a kind in Asia. Most of our competitors are purely just sewing contractors, and you have to have the right product for their facility or else they won't work with you. We go beyond that to support you in each stage of the development process from fabric and trim sourcing, garment testing, lab dip, and other related work that is needed for producing garments.

 What is your minimums / MOQ?

We do accept as low as 25 pieces per design per color (including mix sizes) unless you want any kind of customization on base fabric e.g. custom printing, embroidery etc. Minimum varies based on style detailing or customization you want on base fabric. For example, if you want us to develop very own custom print for your collection then this minimum will be different (may be 100 pcs) than if you want to use single color fabric. 

Hence the best if you get this confirmed once you share your requirement with us.

 Why do you have minimums for production?

Producing 25 units or 250 units of a style requires the same set-up time and process therefore it becomes not cost effective for the garment factories like us to produce less than the minimum. 

What type of garments do you manufacture?

We're equipped to manufacture all kinds of woven and knitted garments for men, women and kids with super specialization in embroidery, fabric printing, yard dye, natural dye, sequins and beaded works, hand smocking, denim washing effects and lot more!

 Kindly note, we do not manufacture any garments using original leather or faux leather, fur or faux fur, feathers, knitted wool, jewelery or accessories of any kind, underwear, lingerie, intimates, animal clothing, shoes and/or any footwear items, socks, cap, Indian Ethnic Wears. 

 I am not located in your country, can I still work with you?

We work with customers whom we have never met in-person. Nowadays technology allows us to keep great communication and provide the same level of service.. no matter where're you located.

 What is the cost of X type of garment?

Being a “made-to-order” factory, our production prices are not fixed. Rather we work out the price for each of your garment based on style detailing and total quantity. Hence this is premature to give you any random price without understanding your design, specification and total quantity. Only sampling price can be fixed.

 Do you have X type of fabric / trim?

 Strategically located, we have good access of all kinds of  fabrics and input material. We keep in direct touch with fabric mills / knitters and big suppliers of all kinds of fabric, trims and input material which enables us to offer truly custom made collection for you.

 Essentially, we do not have our own stock ever. We source based on the requirement we receive from our clients; be it woven or knitted category of fabric. In an event, where the desired fabric is not available, we get it knitted or woven by our people in mill(s) provided the custom fabric quantity is meeting its required minimums.

  Can you provide custom printed fabric?

​We're equipped to provide all kinds of textile printing such as -

 Hand block printing, Perrotine printing, Engraved copperplate printing, Roller, cylinder, or machine printing, Stencil printing. Screen printing, Digital textile printing etc.  All you need to provide the print pattern / design (PDF format). We will first show you a sample / Strike Off, and once you give your approval then we proceed for bulk quantity.

 Can you provide X color of fabric?

Yes! All you need to define your color code. We prefer Pantone and the work will be easier if you can share the right shade code so that we can follow the same here for you.  However, please be aware that few colors create problem in dyeing due to small quantity issues. Hence for small quantity it is always not possible to get correct result after dyeing and while attempting to get right color. 

 Requested to check with us while you share your requirement brief to our representative.  

If your quantity is very small - approx 50 pcs per style or even below, we would recommend to pick from ready available color from current fabric stock. Please check with us.

 For any reason, color reference is not convenient to you then please tell us. We can send you another option for color reference such as telephone shade card or similar. This will be a cheaper option but you will have to compromise with limited color / shade variants.

 There is another option is that, you send your fabric swatch in desired color. We will check the availability of same fabric same color with our supplier. If we find that, we can send you and take it forward. If not, we can give you similar options in same fabric and in nearby color options.

 What would be the cost of pattern making?

 AmWiner is a full service private label manufacturer. We provide costing for the complete making of given style / design which includes every single services / work we foresee to make the garment. There are roughly 24 different kind of works / procedure which require to do, to produce a garment such as - pattern making, sourcing, grading, marking, cost of input material, washing, ironing, layering, buttoning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, packing and so on.

 Hence practically it is not possible to give you the detailing of each cost; neither we offer any service separately. Our production price will be inclusive of everything except shipping (ex-factory / FOB price). We send you "ready to sell" garment neatly packed in a transparent poly bag with your custom label, size label and tag. You can simply send it to your customer or put into your store for sale!

 What is your fee structure and payment terms? Do you take any monthly retainer or any account set-up fee?

You do not require to pay anything in the name of account set-up fee and neither do we work on retainership model. We take the charge only against what we manufacture for you. There will be manufacturing cost both for sampling and production independently and you need to pay that only. No hidden and misleading charges ever!

Our sampling charges are fixed that too may be waived off at the time of production depending upon the quantity you place for the given style of sampling. Our production charges are not fixed. It varies based on design details and total quantity. 

What measures you take for quality control?

We practice an UNIQUE "7 step quality control process" aims to deliver the product which meets your standard. Every single piece we manufacture, goes through stringent test at every critical stage of the product development namely -

  1. Sourcing of fabric

  2. Grey fabric procurement

  3. After the fabric is printed/dyed

  4. Line checking before cutting

  5. Line checking after sewing

  6. Measurement & hygiene check after finishing

  7. Final inspection before and after packaging

 Other than above, our quality control team ensures the following and put OK stickers on each before it goes for boxing - 

No whole in any fabric/garment.

  1. No lose threads.

  2. No stitching errors.

  3. 100% preshrunk.

  4. No stains.

  5. No printing mistakes.

  6. According to provided sizes with 1 to 1.5 cm tolerance

  Can you give me an estimate of shipping cost?

The shipping cost always depends on two things - weight and destination. Hence if you are ready with these two pieces of information, we can give you an estimated shipping cost.

 However, please note that due to frequent change in rate of fuel surcharge, and applicable taxes; the shipping cost keeps varying time to time. Also, the estimated weight of consignment affects the actual shipping cost.

 Hence it is not possible to give you exact shipping cost way prior to the time of shipment. In fact, to make it simple we quote ex-factory or FOB price (without freight). Once the consignment is ready, we negotiate with different carriers and arrange the most cost effective as well as hassle-free shipment for you.

Can you manage our entire shipping?

We have dedicated team in place which offers hassle-free logistic solution for your consignment including documentation, custom clearance, and doorstep delivery. DHL, FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. However, we might also use different courier services, which seem best for the delivery location.

 Other than air shipment, if you want we can arrange seaways shipments as well depending upon consignment weight and port of destination.

How do I pay for my brand order?

Simply add your order to your shopping cart and check out online, or use the contact us form to send us the products or item numbers you wish to order. We will send you online invoice to pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account. We will apply any discount not shown on the products with your order prior to payment.

Where is your Clothing, handbags & shoes made?
All AmWiner clothing lines, shoes and handbags brands are made, from high end genuine quality fabrics, italian leathers imported from Italy, assembled in American leather Factory China, Mexico & Italy. You are welcome to send your preferred fabric type for your clothing line or request samples of our instock material fabrics or leather quality we use in the making of your order. You`re always welcome to make changes before production starts. Estimated lead period for a unit order delivery is 14 to 30 days from the date of order. Merchandise is customized with your brand logo, your choice of leather, when you order private label. Minimum quantity of 1 is required prior to private label for sample purpose. Payment made on sample order is credited back to your account on bulk purchase. Contact us for a secured payment link for your order.

What is your custom brand prices?
Private label custom brand prices differ based on product type. Use the contact us form to send us any inquiry about any product of interest. The prices displayed on this marketplace does not reflect the private label or custom brand prices, but for sample production of one unit of your custom brand. The payment made on one unit item you purchased is credited back to your account when you order your brand. Please allow 24hrs before our customer service can contact you.

Where are you located?
AmWiner has corporate offices in Dallas, Ohio and New York. Our head office is located in Dallas Texas with contractor factories all across the country, Canada, Europe and Asia.

How long does it take to create my brand?
It depends on the product type. A purchase of a unit item you intend to private label is required before you can order private label. The time it takes depend also on how long it takes you to send us approval, your redesigned ideas, specifications and other upgrades you wish to add to brand, from the sample you purchase.

Can you explain briefly how the process works because I am new to this?
Yes, First; you decide on the item you`d like to sell under your brand name, you choose from any of our stock basic styles, or you send us the original sample if you purchased it from anywhere. You indicate the type of leather material you would like to use for it, or if you have the original sample, you can instruct us to make “as is” but changing the logo to your brand name, or color. We contact our manufacturing plant to make the sample order, we ship to you along with other sample leather type and material type options you may choose from. When you receive your sample order, you may use it as a prototype to create other patterns and designs.

If you are not able to create your design or satisfied with the sample, then we proceed with bulk production of your brand. To redesign an item, you may ask a designer to help you put your ideas down on a CAD paper indicating the dimensions and every detail information you want to feature on the item including you brand logo size and the position you want the logo placed. After we receive your pattern design, we will send you proforma invoice for deposit, with payment made on the first purchase credited back to you. The private label quantity and price of any item depends on the material types used in production.Once we receive deposit, we commence with producing a sample of your idea as received on the paper design, with maximum of two revisions, which means, you can update the design one more time, or we can remake the merchandise if anything is missing on the sample we sent you. After you approve the final sample, we run bulk production of the entire order.
